This will unlock through normal gameplay, while working through the achievements. As you progress through the levels you will encounter more enemy types, find new items etc. I unlocked this once I was in the 3rd level having completed most of the available achievements available up to that point. This will be different for individuals. However I certainly did not try to get this cheevo, it just happened and is simple to unlock if you enjoy playing this rather excellent game.
