  This will pop in-game once you get ten different medals. (Yes, make sure they're different.) You can get these in custom matches, like Slayer on a small map.
  
  I played a 4-player game and got medals like First Kill, Grenade Stick, Running Riot, Rampage, Melee, Assassin (I think), multi-kills, etc. There are obviously a lot more than you can get. Just make sure you have enough time/kills so you don't end it early. (I played CTF with a score limit of 1, then got the cheeves and finished the game for the win.

  Ok, so here is my run through for getting this.
  
  A. Launch a custom Slayer match on Bloodline/Coagulation Anniversary with yourself and a second controller signed in on the opposing team.
  
  B. Choose the covenant weapon layout (for the plasma grenade)
  
  Now start the game and do the following:
  
  1. Take the warthog and drive it to the other spawn, run the enemy over for FIRST STRIKE and SPLATTER.
  
  2. Drive the warthog to the next enemy spawn and get out. Let the enemy get in and jack him for HIJACK. Then jump in to the gunner position and kill him for a VEHICLE KILL.
  
  3. Drive to the spawn and smack him from behind for a BEAT DOWN.
  
  4. At the next spawn stick him for the GRENADE STICK and PLASMA KILL.
  
  5. Drive to next spawn and kill him with chest shots with primary weapon for the KILL medal.
  
  6. Now head and pick up the sniper rifle from the base. Keep plugging away for 5 kills. This will net you HEADSHOT, SNIPER RIFLE KILL, SNIPER SPREE, KILLING SPREE and then just keep racking up kills for additional spree medals (I finished after getting KILLING FRENZY.
  
  That should net you 13 different medals and pop the achievement for you.

  On PC, I can't get this to pop in customs. Several times, different game types, well over ten types of medal, and nada.

  @Tarvu Yeah not sure why it is not unlocking on PC, I tried countless times and nothing. Logged on to console and did same requirements there, and unlocked no problem

  The best method is with two players or two controllers, forge press in a regeneration point press and eliminated all the regeneration points. Put one regeneration point in front of you and make sure that the second account spawn in front of you, you get the medal Killionaire simply breaking down the enemy many times, because the spawn is infinite .
  -you can unlock it in offline;
  -you can use this method to many other achievements.
