EA Sports PGA Tour tee off time delayed by two weeks

By Sean Carey,

EA has announced that EA Sports PGA Tour has suffered a short delay and will now launch in April instead of March as previously intended.

EA Sports PGA Tour was due to release for Xbox Series X|S, PS5, and PC on March 24th, but EA has now shifted the golf sim's release date back by a couple of weeks so it can add a few finishing touches to the game. EA Sports PGA Tour will release worldwide on April 7th, with early access starting on April 4th for those who have ordered the fancy Deluxe edition.

EA Sports PGA Tour suffers short delay

"Creating an authentic golf experience has been our goal, and this small shift in release date allows us to add a few final touches to the game that we are very excited to deliver to all of you, including updates to some favourite courses to reflect 2023 designs," EA said in a post on its website.

The EA Sports PGA Tour team says it will be sharing more on the game in the run-up to release, but until then, make sure you give our preview of EA's return to golf a read.
