Hello everyone,
here are all the challenges for every single act.
(Map of act and facilities locations below, including prices)
(A little walkthough can be found farther down, with times you should arrive or restart the mission (currently working at adding times to it, this may take a few days if i have to do the missions by myself ))
((No need to do all acts in order, you can complete act 2, then 1, then 3 and still get the achievement))
(You should do the heist at least once to know what happens etc. in my opinion)
These are the challenges for a 2 /3/ 4 player team.
You can do ths on
normal, it doesn't need to be on hard.
Act 1 - The Data Breaches 1. Complete in under 5.30 mins
2. Kill 78 enemies
3. Nobody gets wasted
(do
not skip the trip, doing this, will void the challenge)
(If you complete it, you'll get 50,000$)
Act 2 - The Bogdan Problem1. Complete in under 15.00 mins
2. Vehicle damage 5% or less
3. Nobody gets wasted
(if you complete it, you'll get another 50,000$)
How to get under 5% damage
*** Spoiler - click to reveal *** This may not be 100% sure, but be careful not to get more than one fragment. - to achieve the damage requirement, you must have a maximum of a single unit of damage from that health bar. Watch it carefully, if it drops 2 bits, that already means 6% damage at least (each bit or strip or unit of the health bar seems to account for 3% damage. (added from me and TheBlackDragonX: One fragment seems to get lost if you hit 3%, if you got 1%, 2% or 3&, one fragment is lost.
Now here i'll give you the best advise i can offer, makes the 5% easy as hell:
1. It works for your airsupport team, not for the team going for the submarine.
Airsupport team needs a helicopter (or hydra) that can be requested from pegasus.
I would suggest a Buzzard, or anything that can shoot missiles.
2. The vehicle can be requested at any time. (if you are far away from the avenger, it can be requested and you can fly to the destination)
3. If you request it near the avenger, it'll spawn at the paleto bay ploice station.
4. Before entering the avenger, fly your helicopter (or whatever you choose) on the street next to the avenger, or towards ammunation. (there is a big empty parking lot)
5. Land it there, get out and enter the avenger.
6. Now fly to the checkpoint above the submarine.
7. The game tells you to wait for your teammates to get to the submarine, as it tells you, fly back to the spot where your helicopter waits.
8. You won't get a timer if your teammate didn't arrived at the submarine yet. (you have 1 minute to change vehicles and get back, if your teammate got into the submarine)
Get out, enter your helicopter. (Avenger must be empty)
9. When you are back in the area, all you need to do is.. waiting.
(Enemies fly to the avenger, but they do not attack it)
If your helicopter got damaged, and got destroyed after a few minutes, jump out, fly and land on the peninsula. (If this word if wrong please let me know) Request your personal car, to get back faster to the avenger.
10. Let your teammate tell you when he is ready to swim back to the beach.
Fly/ Drive back, but watch out for the enemies spawning in the wood (they are heading for the beach)
11. It would help if you can shoot some helicopters with missiles that are around the avenger.
No enemies near? Get into the avenger, fly to your teammate.
12. It helps, if your teammate got the homing launcher, to destroy some enemies that spawn or/and follow you.
13. Get down, let your teammate get in, and fly it to the airport.
Using this, i achieved o%, 1% and 2% once.
Act 3 - The Doomsday Scenario1. Complete in under 30.00 mins
2. Nobody gets wasted
3. 0 (zero) hack fails
4. 150 headshots
(if you complete it, another 50,000$)
Total gain from all elite challenges = 150,000$.
If you need a video of all acts, look up at "three daug"s solution,.
(Act 1 starts at 0.54 mins, Act 2 at 8.55 mins, Act 3 at 23,03 mins)(I couldn't see the video using my smartphone (but depends on which phone and browser you run on yours)
Maybe use your Pc (if you own one), or launch the microsoft edge browser on your Xbox.
Because i always forget to buy, remember to have full armor and snacks (snacks can be bought in your facility for free)

Update:If you struggle which facility you should buy, or which you can accomplish,
here is a map (Acts are red, facilities are green), size of the picture 1783 × 2423, so you can
see all roads etc.
Prices are
only for the facility itself, no cannon, no security room, no lounge, no sleeping quarters.
If you need to change facilities, your car's in the facility AND your heist progression will transfer with you to the new facility.
Tip. (all "good" facilities you should look up are
bold )
Facility 1 is too far away and pretty expensive. (and the way to the highway is awful)
Facility 2 is not so good for act 2, but super close to the highway.
Facility 3 is not so good for act 2, and ~670.000$ more expensive than facility 2.
Facility 4 costs more than facility 5, and is too far away from a good street.
Facility 5 is okay, if you use the railroads to get to act 2 (but you'll get slowed down if a train is in your way, because you can't overtake it -> 3 bridges and 1 tunnel, so you need some luck)
Facility 6, look at the map, you don't wanna buy it...
Facility 7 may be the best, but pretty expensive.
Facility 8 has an annoying way, i wouldn't suggest it.
Facility 9 is good for act 2, but far away from act 1 & 3. (but it's cheap)

Update 2: Tips / WalkthroughIf you struggle how to do a specific part, or just want to improve your current stratgy,
read these tips, they could help you. These tips are no guarantee that everything works on the first try, it always depends on you, your teammates, and luck.
WARNING, if you never played the heist before, this contain spoilers.
Sorry in advance, text got really long sometimes. :(
General*** Spoiler - click to reveal ***
- Never, never try this with randoms
- Everyone should use a mic, a teammate not talking is as helpful as any random player
- Your team should be at least 3 players
- Prepare yourself, means, buy armor and snacks
- Choose the right weapon (Combat MG is really stong, if you bought a bunker, and researched a lot, you may are able to upgrade it to Mk II version (only in the mobile operation center or the avenger) > the combat MG should be the weapon of choice, compared to the (example) carbine it's far better. Also you should own a assault shotgun
- Be sure, that the car you wanna drive is not destroyed or taken by the police
- Be familiar with the route you choose from your facility to the act location
- Everyone should be in one vehicle, if everyone uses a different car, the chance someone crashes (once or more) is higher, or choose the wrong route (Kuruma (armoured) is good for it)
- You and your team should know what to do (of course), before you start, talk to each other who does what, how to start, clear any questions
- Use a stopwatch (your phone got one, or find one searching "stopwatch" on google),
the timer begins after everyone is out of the facility and can move the character
- The Batmobile (Vigilante) is ideal. It's a bit expensive, but definitely worth it if you're struggling with times. (Sadly you can't use the Oppressor or Deluxo, don't waste your money here)

Act 1*** Spoiler - click to reveal ***
- You should own Ron Alternates Wind Farm, because every second counts on this
- Confirmed that you can do it as 2 player team starting from Sandy Shores Facility
(use a faster car than the Kuruma and use the highway)
- Start with the armoured Kuruma (4 enemies are waiting outside for you to shoot you)
- The driver should park the car in front of the door, no need to get outside the car to trigger the cutscene (timer should not be above 1.30 - 1.45 mins.)
- Inside, check if the right weapon is equipped
- From this point, always remember to push forward, don't hide too long, but don't rush into your enemies, they will kill you without any mercy
- Always look to the right side, there are a few enemies shooting at you
- On the corner (where you would go to enter the heist room) there are 4-5 enemies showing up, don't get nervous, just aim + shoot + move your right stick to aim fast at every other enemy, shooting the enemy once, let them fall to the ground, which gives you time to kill them.
- 1 enemy comes up on the stairs on the left immediate after passing the corner (don't ignore him!)
- In front of the heist room, shoot every enemy as fast as possible, if enough enemies are killed, 2 of you should go downstairs while the other kill the last 1 or 2 enemies up there
- Here i would suggest the assault shotgun, so the enemy that comes up on these pair of stairs doesn't have a chance to hit you
- down, shoot the door to open it, be prepared for the enemies in the little rooms to the side
- 1 or 2 people should stay and clear the room with computer cannons, but 2 should push to get further down
- Kill the enemy runing towards you, now switch back to the weapon you use for long range (combat MG, carbine,...)
- Don't enter the room, instead, hide left and right at the door, always aim for the head since there are a few enemies which could take a few moments
(Before or while entering kill the guys on the left side first)
- Done here? run back to the room with the computer cannons. Your other teammate(s) should already sit there and kill the guys outside
(-Best time to start on the turrets is 4.00 min, but if the timer is under 4.20 minutes, you're fine, if not, you should restart))
- Now just shoot, shoot, shoot everything that moves

Act 2*** Spoiler - click to reveal ***
- (Can be done from Ron Alternates Wind Farm, just take a few minutes to get to the Strombergs/ Avenger)
- The team going for the strombergs should use the fastest car
- The pilot don't need to rush, the avenger is way faster than the strombergs
- The pilot could attack the helicopters, but they got no respawn limit so always watch your damage
- First time i played, i flew in circles (always remember to push rb/ lb, depends if you go clockwise or contraclockwise), watch for enemies on your radar so you don't hit any helicopters (a few rockets hit you but normally you're too fast for them)
- (Redone with a friend, flying in circles is the way to go, 1 player fly the avenger and 2 people go into the submarine)
- As soon as the game tells you to regroup, aim for the beach, land the avenger so that the enemies do not hit your teammates or you
- If the game needs a few moments to update the destination, start flying heading towards the Airport in the south of the map
- Team submarine
- Use your assault shotgun (it's by far the weapon of choice)
- Push though killing everyone who comes in your way
- Both go down the first stairs, then go left
- Here are the sleeping quarters (don't get distracted by the girls on the photos)
- Go through the dining quarter
- Now, 1 player goes back, up the stairs and all the way back to the room with the red flashing lights (the bridge)
- Player 2 goes down the second stairs, do'nt go left, go right
- You'll see the cage, pass it and kill the one guy there
- Aim at the contact, shoot on the floor (don't kill him), as soon as he starts talking, the game tells you to go up again
- (Need to check if player 2 needs to be there too) Player 1, who stays above, can now take the photo and plug in Cliffford
- Now a superlong cutscene begins... (2.30 mins)
- Swim back (always under the water surface, because you're faster)
- Enter the avenger, fly back, mission over as soon as the cutscene begins
Placeholder Times:
- Starting from Ron Alternates Wind Farm to destination 2.30 - 3.00 min
- In the Stromberg: From beach to submarine ~ 1 min (+20 sec. cutscene)
- 2.30 min cutscene with Bogdan
- Swimming back from submarine to beach 2.00 - 2.30 min
- 2.30 - 3.00 (or 3.30 depends on landing skills) to fly back from beach to airport
= max. 12.50 minutes (2.10 min for the submarine part, but youu'll have more time left since i don't think you need the maximum for every part)
I'll add final times as soon as replay the act.

Act 3 -

- Best facility to start is Sandy Shores
- It would be far easier, if one in your team owns a Minigun
- Weapons i recommend: Combat MG, Assault shotgun, Minigun (alternative: Grenade launcher or Sticky bombs)
- The person who is going to drive to the Barrage, try a few times to get there before you start so you get a feeling for the road (especially if the snow is there currently)
- Everyone should get into the same vehicle (Kuruma for example)
- After the short trip, get into the Barrage (Tank is too slow)
- Drive to the bridge into the tunnel > cutscene starts
- After the first 3 enemies, you'll see 2 Insurgents
- If you don't feel safe in the Barrage (not armoured or anything), kill the driver and the turret guy from the Insurgent, get into it and drive along (We always did it, because if you crash into an enemy, they kill you so fast, you don't have a chance to get away)
- Be sure no car follows you
- Do not drive over the thorns/ spikes (right before you meet the juggernauts)
- Get out of the Barrage/ Insurgentin front of the thorns/ spikes
- Here comes your Minigun, start aiming (so it immediately starts shooting if you press RT), go slowly around the corner and as soon as you see a juggernaut, kill him (i firstly tried it always with carbine, after watching how fast they fall if you shoot them with a Minigun, i tried it, and they are dead in seconds. If nobody got one, use a grenade launcher or sticky bombs
- After them, hide at the door, there a around 10 enemies, always aim for the head (remember 150 headshots), and watch your health, at this point, dying is pretty easy.
- When they are dead, push through, 2 enemies waiting at the next door
- Watch out, another juggernaut comes up, so be prepared (Minigun or grenade launcher or sticky bombs)
- Now split into 2 teams (i always went right, so if you're going left, be careful)
- Kill every enemy showing up, destroy the crates with sticky bombs
- At the point where you're supposed to regroup, 2 more juggernauts are waiting (you know what to do)
- Next, ~5 enemies are in front of you, kill them, and at the door a cutscene begins
- Now, hide in front of the red door, shoot to open it, and be very careful, there are enemies to the left, to the right, in front and above you (don't push through the door and run straight forward, to the left and right are good spots to hide again
- After it's clear, go left, kill the enemies, go upstairs (1 enemy will spawn behind a door in your back, so shoot the door to open and hit/ kill him)
- The 1. hack is north (i'm going to tell the directions as you enter the room)
- The player who hacks, can't die while doing the hack (if your time is good, but you feel that you didn't do enough headshots, use this), enemies will respwan as long as the 4th hack is done
- Hack #2 is in the southeast, hack #3 in the north-east, hack #4 in the south-west
- You can destroy one red cell while hacking, if you feel like messing up, back out and restart, that resets the hack. The hacks can be all different or the same (i had to hack 3 times the same, but they took long, also i had one hack that took me like 4 mins, if the game hates you, it'll give you this one and screws your run, this could maybe a point to restart)
- After the fourth, kill the last enemies and head upstairs, enter the orbital cannons
(the player that enters first should take C (it's the farthest away), or you could just say as soon as you enter what letter you are going for.
- Done? Do NOT jump down, it's too high. Run back downstairs (in the middle of the room), after the stairs head towards north (it's where you entered the room), you can jump down on the first floor, making your way outside.
- Shoot everyone in the next room, after you are done here, you might wanna choose the assault shotgun, now it's getting narrow.
- Push through, kill the enemies, until you reach the point to trigger the cutscene.
- Now the jetpack action begins
- Don't care about the helicopters, you can shoot the ones that comes in your way, but just look out not to fly into one (you team would hate you) and head towards Avon.
- As soon as you are able to shoot rockets at him, shoot the hell out of your jetpack
- After he is dead, don't stop, fly to the location (south), and land (don't forget to press the left stick for the landing thing)
- After around 10 - 15 seconds the mission is over and the cutscene begins.
