Eternal Return servers shutting down next month

By Tom West,

Nimble Neuron has announced that servers online-only battle royale game Eternal Return will close in May, discontinuing 69 achievements.

eternal return delisting Microsoft store xbox achievements

If you're yet to get the completion, you have until May 10th to finish off the Eternal Return achievements before servers close. Nimble Neuron has said that the game will no longer offer servers via the Microsoft Store on May 10th, but is offering Windows players a chance to transfer their profile to the Steam version of the game in advance so you can continue playing after the delisting. Unfortunately, if you haven't already made an account, you won't be able to transfer your profile.

Eternal Return server closure inbound, remaining on Steam

There are 69 Eternal Return achievements to unlock, all of which look to require online play as it's a battle royale game. We don't have enough data to estimate a completion time due to only three players actually having unlocked all of the achievements, but looking at their times, you could be looking at between 50 and 60 hours to unlock everything Eternal Return has to offer.

Do you still need to finish off Eternal Return, or do you plan on starting and finishing it before the May cut-off point? Drop a comment below and let us know!

Thanks to Shadow Kisuragi for the heads-up!
