How to unlock the Heretic Skull achievement

    Actions
    Load up Heretic in forge and fly to the center of the map near the energy sword. Look to both sides of the map and you'll see it sitting on the left or right side sitting below some vents depending on where you spawned. The video below shows the location.

    It can be tricky to grab it. I'd suggest placing your Orb a few feet above the skull, switching to spartan mode, and holding down your grab button while falling. You'll grab it while falling past it.

    Friggin GreaseGreat Solution but the Video is gone. I had a hard time picking this fucker up because I wasn't sure what the pick-up button was because it's been FOREVER since I've played any Halos. It's RB everybody

    The following skull can be picked up in Forge mode on the map Heretic.

    From the top middle of the map, go into forge mode, fly over to the window of the blue base and you should be able to see this skull sitting on a ledge above the front facing window.

    Exit forge mode and make sure you pick up the skull.

    It can be seen in the video below, and I have included a timestamp of its exact location:

    Do you have trouble to pick the skill up while falling? I found an EASY way to get the skull!

    Go to build mode (cn_up) , fly near the skull, hit cn_X and go to the 4th tab and choose the Gravity Lift. Hit cn_A to spawn it. Move it until the stream hits the skull and send it flying. Press cn_up again to switch to player mode and grab the skull with cn_RB.
