  Just like with the 100k kills with Queen Sigma achievement, use The Bone Zone map for this. Lots of enemies and it'll take just over the 30 minute mark, so make sure you have endless mode unlocked.

  Nevermind lol, but still didn't find the perfect formula for this. Tried 3 times:
  Bone Zone, Il Molise, with Hyper on/off, Arcanas, Limit Break and Endless, the highest i got was like 2k lol

  Is this achievement bugged? Tried 4 times with both moonspell characters and nothing.

  The new Bat Level is a lot easier for this than Bone Zone now. Buy the Kinder Surprise Egg thing and go for it. I got the other new character in about 12 mins with Kinder and the Guns levelled

  I was able to accomplish this in ~15:30.
  
  I picked The Bone Zone level.
  
  I started with Endless, Aracana's and Limit Break.
  
  I started with IV- Awake for the revives, just in case.
  
  Aside from his starting weapon I immediately bought Cherry Bomb and La Robba from Glass Vizard.
  
  Then through level progression I chose the following:
  
  Weapons- Night Sword, Magic Wand and Laurel
  
  Passives- Empty Tome, Spellbinder, Duplicator, Torrano's Box, Crown and Skull o' Maniac.
  
  Skull and Torrano's Box specifically for enemy spawns rate, because both are cursed along with Night Sword.
  
  Popped around 15:26 mark.

  Sorry but how do you stop the instakill green reaper at the 10 minute mark? I set this up almost exactly the way you mentioned here and it burned through my revives in like 25 seconds
