    Finding the Custodian occurs on the world of N'Erud. He will be outlined with a blue non-Hostile indicator. My recommendation would be to roll a campaign or adventure mode on N'Erud and push up through the Ascension Spire world stone from your early starting area. If you do not happen to find him after fully exploring, re-roll your campaign/adventure mode and try again.
