How to unlock the Yellow Sign achievement

  You can unlock this one by finding the Yellow Sign on a non-secret character. This is found in the Holy Forbidden which you can get to by defeating the final boss in the Moonglow map. Once the final boss is defeated you will be transported to a short corridor map and most of your items will be removed leaving you with just your starting weapon. You then need to run towards the green arrow and pick the item up.
  
  If you get killed on your way to the Yellow Sign the Holy Forbidden map can be selected to give you as many goes as you need. I found that Antonio was the easiest one to get through the level on due to the way the whip weapon works.

  Moongolow is only 15 minutes, and the end of it starts at 12 minutes with an array of angel-like creatures surrounding you. On 14 minutes the boss appears, and you need to kill her before the timer hits 15 minutes to be taken to the Holy Forbidden.
  
  Then, you need to run right along the corridor (the candles can be destroyed for health). It looks like the corridor ends but just keep running right into the sky, and then in the cards at the end, the Yellow Sign is hidden.

  When you reach the 15 minute mark on Moongolow, you will be transported to a new stage where you will lose all weapons/items. Then, you will need to run to the end of the area while avoiding enemies to find the Yellow Sign off the edge of the level. Once you have the sign, you will unlock Silver/Gold Rings and Metaglio Left/Right, and enables hidden relics (Great Gospel and Forbidden Scrolls) and events in the other stages.
