  You can get this immediately after the tutorial in a peculiar way.
  
  At the main menu, select Arcade. Choose any track you like, you won't even need to race on it.
  
  Select Time Attack. Choose any car you like. Then skip all the pre-race smcinematics using and drive forward a little. You can then simply pause and the achievement will pop.
